Exactly a month to go. Need to get swoll (just kidding, I am not a man). Low-carb diet. Start counting calories. I’m serious. Tone muscles, run, or do yoga at LEAST every other day. NO MORE SWEETS, unless I really deserve it, and in that case, limit to the equivalent of one cupcake every week three days? No pain no gain no pain no gain. Use photos of Miranda Kerr as motivation.
